Phase 2 focuses on building the residential portion of the campus.
Operation Stable Ground will construct nine individual cottages, each approximately 600 square feet. Every cottage will provide a private living space designed to support independence while maintaining a structured program environment.
Each home will include:
• bedroom
• bathroom
• kitchenette
• living area
• front porch
Residents will live independently while participating in daily programming designed to rebuild discipline, confidence, and stability.
In addition to the cottages, this phase will include supporting infrastructure such as walkways, lighting, and landscaping that help create a safe and welcoming community environment.

Outcome of Phase 2
