Project Roadmap

Building Operation Stable Ground

Operation Stable Ground is being developed through a transparent, multi-phase plan designed to ensure responsible growth and long-term sustainability.

Each phase represents a critical step in building the campus and launching the program.

Donations are allocated to specific phases and will not be used until the funding goal for that phase has been reached.

This approach ensures that every contribution directly supports the development of the program.

Phase 1

Land Acquisition & Site Development

The first step in building Operation Stable Ground is securing land and preparing the site for development.

This phase includes purchasing the property and completing the initial site preparation required for construction.

Phase 1 includes:
• land purchase (minimum 1 acre)
• zoning and permitting
• land clearing and grading
• utility installation (water, sewer, electrical)
• driveway and site access
• basic infrastructure preparation

Once this phase is complete, the property will be ready for construction of the residential cottages.

Goal: $250,000

Phase 2

Veteran Housing Construction

Phase 2 focuses on building the residential cottages that will house program participants.

The campus will include nine private cottages, each approximately 600 square feet, designed to provide comfortable and independent living space for residents.

Each cottage will include:
• bedroom and living space
• full bathroom
• kitchenette
• appliances and furnishings
• utilities and internet access

Private cottages provide residents with independence while maintaining the structure of the program environment.

Goal: $1,500,000

Phase 3

Community Center Construction

The community center will serve as the heart of the campus.

This 5,000 square foot facility will provide the space needed for meals, programming, mentorship, and daily operations.

The building will include:
• full commercial kitchen
• dining hall for communal meals
• classrooms and meeting rooms
• offices for staff
• recreation and lounge areas
• indoor gathering space for mentorship and workshops

This facility allows the program to deliver structured programming and community engagement in a central location.

Goal: $1,750,000

Phase 4

Program Launch & Operations

Once the campus is built, Phase 4 focuses on launching and operating the program.

This phase funds the resources needed to support veterans during the 90-day residential program.

Operational costs include:
• program staff
• food and meal preparation
• utilities and property expenses
• transportation vehicles
• insurance
• program supplies
• emergency assistance fund
• housing placement assistance

This phase ensures the program can operate sustainably while supporting veterans throughout the transition process.

Annual Operating Goal: $500,000

Our Transparency Commitment

Operation Stable Ground is committed to full financial transparency.

Each phase is funded independently. Donations allocated to a specific phase will only be used for that phase once the full funding goal has been reached.

Funds are not redirected between phases without donor consent.

If a phase cannot proceed, donors will have the option to receive a refund or transfer their contribution to a future phase.

Progress updates and financial reports will be shared publicly so supporters can track the development of the project.

Help Build Operation Stable Ground

Every phase brings the vision closer to reality.

Support from individuals, businesses, and community partners makes it possible to build a place where veterans can rebuild stability and move forward with confidence.
