Phase 4 funds the ongoing operation of Operation Stable Ground.
The program houses nine veterans at a time in a structured 90-day transition program.
Operational funding supports:
• program staffing
• daily meal service
• utilities and facility operations
• insurance and compliance
• transportation resources
• training materials and workshops
• housing placement assistance for graduates
• emergency support for residents
This structure allows Operation Stable Ground to serve approximately 34 veterans each year.
The goal of the program is to ensure that each participant leaves with employment, stable housing, and the tools necessary to maintain long-term independence.
